Rhinitis
Rhinitis is an inflammation of the mucous membrane lining in the nose caused by an allergy. This can either be seasonal rhinitis, known as hay fever, and is an allergic reaction to grass or pollen or non-seasonal rhinitis, which is caused by a reaction to dust, mould or animal fur, and can affect you all year round.
Mr Jindal will first determine what is causing the rhinitis, through a process of allergy testing, and then you may be advised to follow an avoidance programme. Rhinitis can lead onto chronic sinus infections and nasal polyps and Mr Jindal will determine whether you are a candidate for endoscopic sinus surgery.
